Westworld Review
Westworld is a dystopian science fiction television series created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. Produced by HBO, it is based on the 1973 film of the same name (written and directed by Michael Crichton) and, to a lesser extent, on the film's 1976 sequel, Futureworld. The story begins in Westworld, a fictional and technologically advanced Old West-themed amusement park populated by androids "hosts." The park caters to "guests" who pay a lot of money ($ 40,000 a day) and who can fulfill their wildest fantasies within the park without fear of retaliation from the hosts, who are prevented by their programming from harming humans. Later, the plot of the series expands to the real world, in the middle of the 21st century, where people's lives are led and controlled by a powerful artificial intelligence called Rehoboam (Rehoboam).
In the unspecified future, Westworld, one of six theme parks owned and operated by Delos Inc., allows visitors to experience the Old West in an environment populated by "hosts," androids programmed to satisfy every visitor's wish.
Hosts follow a predefined set of interlocking narratives, but have the ability to deviate from these narratives based on the interactions they have with visitors.
The hosts repeat their narrative again each day — having erased their memories of the previous day — until they are reused or saved for use in other narratives. For the safety of the visitors, the hosts cannot harm any form of life; This allows visitors almost unlimited freedom to participate without punishment in any activity they choose with the hosts, including rape and murder. The staff is located in a control center called "La Mesa," connected to the park through vast underground facilities, overseeing daily operations, developing new narratives, and repairing hosts as needed.

There isn't a single person on the planet who hasn't heard of this film. The cast also does an excellent job in their parts. Before you read this review and before I give you any spoilers about the plot, I strongly advise you to watch the film. It's nearly impossible not to like WESTWORLD. The plot is well-crafted, the pacing is excellent, and all of the performers provide outstanding performances. Because of how excellent it was, it film stands out in my mind. Maybe it's because I wasn't expecting it. I strongly advise everyone to watch this film; you will not be disappointed.
