DOTA: Dragon's Blood is a 2D animated web series, with some 3D details, belonging to the adventure and science fiction genre. 3 It is part of the Dota 2 franchise, it is set in the same universe as said video game. Set in the distant future, a race of monsters called the Kaiju have risen from the Pacific Ring of Fire from the "Volumes" and overrun the Australian continent. Humans built giant armed cyborgs called Jaegers to fight back, but failed and the continent was abandoned with only survivors in isolated regions. Brothers Taylor and Hayley Travis were left behind by their parents to go against the Kaiju, but they never returned. Five years later, when Hayley stumbles across a long-abandoned training Jaeger named Atlas Destroyer, she and Taylor activate the cyborg and begin their journey to find their parents. Not only have to deal with the Kaiju, but also have to deal with the kaiju organ dealers who are plotting to take the Atlas Destroyer from them.
