Song Joong-ki (Hangul: 송중기; born September 19, 1985) is a South Korean actor. He rose to fame in the historical drama Sungkyunkwan Scandal (2010) and the variety show Running Man as one of the original cast members when it premiered in 2010. Song played his first TV leading role in the melodrama The Innocent Man (2012). He has also starred in feature films, notably as the title character in the box office hit A Werewolf Boy (2012). After completing his mandatory military service, Song took on the lead role in the pan-Asia hit drama Descendants of the Sun (2016), which drew a peak audience share of 38.8% in South Korea and established him as a top Hallyu star. He placed 7th in Forbes Korea Power Celebrity list in 2013, and ranked 2nd in 2017.

She gained popularity through her leading roles in television dramas Autumn in My Heart (2000), All In (2003), Full House (2004), That Winter, the Wind Blows (2013) and Descendants of the Sun (2016) which achieved pan-Asia success. The success of Song's television dramas internationally established her as a top Hallyu star. She has also starred in films Hwang Jin Yi (2007), The Grandmaster (2013), My Brilliant Life (2014) and The Queens (2015). In 2017, she ranked 7th in Forbes magazine's Korea Power Celebrity list. Jin Goo (born July 20, 1980) is a South Korean actor. He won Best Supporting Actor at the Grand Bell Awards and Blue Dragon Film Awards for his role in Bong Joon-ho's 2009 noir thriller Mother. He is also best known for his role in the critically and commercially successful series Descendants of the Sun.
Lee Jin-ki (born December 14, 1989), better known by his stage name Onew, is a South Korean singer and actor. Born in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do, Onew was discovered at the 2006 S.M. Academy Casting and signed the contract with S.M Entertainment the day after his audition. He debuted as one of the lead vocalists and the leader of the boy group SHINee in May 2008, who went on to become one of the best-selling artists in South Korea. Aside from group activities, Onew has participated in various television dramas, mostly known for his role of Baek Su in JTBCs sitcom Welcome to Royal Villa (2013) and the cardiothoracic resident Lee Chi-hoon in the popular KBS2 drama Descendants of the Sun (2016).
Kang Shin-il (hangul: 강신일; born November 26, 1960) is a South Korean actor. Kang graduated from Kyung Hee University with a degree in electronic engineering, but he soon put aside his studies and spent most of his time in Daehangno, Seoul's theater district, where he formed a troupe called Testimony that performed at smaller venues. In 1985, he made his acting debut in Chilsu and Mansu, and soon gained fame as a stage actor in plays such as Kimchigook Goes Crazy and Chronicles of Han. He appeared onscreen for the first time in the 1988 film adaptation of Chilsu and Mansu and became a prolific supporting actor in Korean cinema and television (notably in Kang Woo-suk's Public Enemy franchise), while continuing to do theater. In 2007, Kang was diagnosed with liver cancer, but after recovering from surgery, he resumed his acting career.
Jo Jae-yoon (born September 15, 1974) is a South Korean actor. He made his acting debut in 2003 and has since starred as a supporting actor in numerous films and television series, including The Man from Nowhere (2010), The Chaser (2012), Gu Family Book (2013), and The Suspect (2013). Jo also appears in the variety-reality show Animals (2015).
Jeon Soo-jin (born November 8, 1988) is a South Korean actress. Born in Seoul but raised in Jeju Island, she was studying design at Konkuk University in 2008 when she began doing part-time work as a model for the fashion magazines Shibuya and CeCi. Jeon made her acting debut in 2012 and has since starred in films and television series, notably Godsend (2014) where she played her first leading role.

The series aired on KBS2 from February 24 to April 14, 2016 for 16 episodes.
