CRY ME A RIVER OF STARS SYNOPSIS

Tao Junran, a new magistrate, and A Fan, the owner of a painting boat, tell their story. Tao Junran wants to investigate an old crime by getting near to the painting boat, while A Fan wants to curry favor with the magistrate. They begin to become near to each other inadvertently, each with their own motives.

Luo Zheng is a Chinese singer and actor who was born in Guizhou Province. He competed in the iQIYI variety show "Idol Trainee" in January 2018. With the release of his first single "U&I" with the group MR-X in April of that year, he made his formal debut. His acting career began in November 2018 when he appeared in "Unbelievable" Sunny, a youth campus inspiring play.

• Huang Ri Ying as A Fan

Huang Ri Ying was born on September 3, 1994, and is a rising Chinese actress. She earned her bachelor's degree from Jimei University and made her acting debut in season 2 of "Hidden World" in 2017. She has since been in drama series such as "To Get Her" in 2019 and "Ancient Detective" in 2020. (2020).
