Can't Lose (Korean: 지고 는 못 살아; RR: Jigoneun Motsal-a, lit. "Can't Live With Lossing") is a 2011 Korean romantic comedy drama, starring Choi Ji-woo and Yoon Sang-hyun, who play the two quarreled divorce attorneys, are married, who settle their frustrations with each other in and out of the courtroom. This is a remake of the Japanese drama Battle of the Tolerance of the Sasaki Couple (佐 々 木 夫妻 の 仁義 な き 戦 い, Sasaki Fusai no Jingi Naki Tatakai) in 2008.

Eun-Jae (Choi Ji-woo) and Hyung-Woo (Yoon Sang-hyun) have been married for a year. They are both lawyers. They first met at a baseball game when they happened to be sitting next to each other. During the baseball game, they kissed and fell in love. Hyung-Woo told Eun-Jae that he wants to become a human rights lawyer. Eun-Jae supports his dream and together they open their own law firm.

A year later, their relationship was gone. Eun-Jae struggles to keep the law firm alone, while Hyung-Woo helps clients who can't afford to pay much for his services. Their interests also differ. One day, the couple learn that Eun-Jae has not registered their marriage. The next day, Eun-Jae goes to file valid papers. Eun-Jae is not satisfied that Hyung-Woo is too generous towards others and wants him to think of her more. Then Hyung-Woo's friend, a couple, stops at the law firm and the wife, Young-Joo (Jo Mi-ryung) insists that she wants a divorce. Young-Joo says that her husband Ki-Chan (Kim Jung-tae) has not worked for many years and however, still brings the family a large sum of money. Couples started scolding each other. Ki-Chan said that he borrowed money from Hyung-Woo.

Meanwhile, Eun-Jae heard about the loan and had enough. Eun-Jae decides that they need a serious talk. Eun-Jae and Hyung-Woo then booked a trip to Japan where they had their honeymoon. Hyung-Woo then mistakenly texted his mom's itinerary instead of Eun-Jae. When Hyung-Woo and Eun-Jae arrive at the airport, they find Hyung-Woo's mother is also there, believing she has been invited to join their trip to Japan. Things get worse. Hyung-Woo receives a call from his mother-in-law asking to meet him immediately and keep it a secret. Hyung-Woo didn't know why his wife and mother-in-law didn't match or why he was never formally introduced to his mother-in-law, but he felt compelled to meet her and leave...
