Beautiful Days is a 2001 South Korean television drama series starring Lee Byung-hun, Choi Ji-woo, Ryu Shi-won and Lee Jung-hyun. It aired on SBS from March 14 to May 31, 2001 on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 21:55 for 24 episodes.
ABOUT BEAUTIFUL DAYS
Lee Min-chul returns to South Korea from the United States, where he went to study, to take an active role in his father's thriving record label, Victory Records. Here he discovers that his father has been involved in the past in immoral practices and also in the murder of the father of Min-chul's half-brother, Sun-jae. Meanwhile, the head of Victory Records visits an orphanage where sisters Yeon-soo and Se-na grew up for a charity event, and she decides to become a pop star. Years pass and the two girls arrive in Seoul, but they are separated. Yeon-soo finds a job at Victory Records hoping to meet Se-na again one day and, involved in the lives of her stepbrothers Min-chul and Sun-jae, makes a pact with Min-chul: the girl will move in from his family as tutor for Min-chul's younger sister, Min-ji, while Min-chul will help Se-na fulfill her dream. Meanwhile, both Min-chul and Sun-jae fall in love with Yeon-soo, who chooses Min-chul, but their love is threatened by the girl's terminal illness.
