Kara, devastated by the loss of Krypton, struggles to adjust to her new life on Earth. Her cousin, Superman, mentors her and suggests she leave their space-time to attend the Legion Academy in the 31st century, where she makes new friends and a new enemy: Brainiac 5. Meanwhile, she must contend with a mysterious group called the Dark Circle as it searches for a powerful weapon held in the Academy’s vault.
The Legion of Super-Heroes are a fictional team of super-heroes appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Founded by writer Otto Binder and artist Al Plastino, Legion lives in his 30th century and his 31st century in the DC Comics universe, first appearing in Adventure Comics #247 (April 1958), A group of super-powerful beings.
Initially, the team was closely related to the original Superboy characters (a teenage Superman) and was portrayed as a group of time travelers. Legion's origins and backstory were then fleshed out, and the group was given its own monthly comic.In the end, Superboy was removed from the team entirely, appearing only as an occasional guest star. The team experienced two major reboots during its run. After the events of "Zero Hour" in 1994, the original version was replaced by a rebooted version, and another rebooted team was introduced in 2004. His A fourth version of his was introduced in 2007. In 2019, DC announced a new series written by Brian Michael Bendis and illustrated by Ryan Suk.
