An epic journey of a young hero and her Spirit Guides, 'Dillo' a cute and humorous armadillo and "Vaca" a goofy oversized tapir, who embark on a quest to save their home in the spectacular Amazon Rainforest.
Ainbo: Spirit of the Amazon also known as Ainbo, co-directed by Jose Zelada and Richard Krause, is a 2021 computer his animated his adventure film by Zelada's story. Cinema Management Group, produced by Tunche Films and Cool Beans, oversees worldwide distribution. The plot follows an adventurous girl named Ainbo, who along with her animals her spirit her guides set out to save the Amazonian jungle paradise from loggers and miners. The film is considered a faithful depiction of the folklore of the Amazon rainforest.
An international Peruvian-Dutch-German co-production, Aimbo was released in Ukraine on February 13, 2021, followed by Earth Day (April 22nd) in the Czech Republic and Italy. The film will be released in France on 14th July 2021 and then distributed by Signature Entertainment in the UK on 16th September 2021 and by Rialto Distribution in Australia and New Zealand. Critics noted that the film conveys messages and themes related to ecology.
